Buggys Macao

Buggys excursion to Macao is one of the most popular excursions in Punta Cana , it is this unforgettable half-day adventure, we will drive a Buggy through the roads of the Dominican interior. A tour of pure fun, adrenaline, mud and water, where you will have the opportunity to discover a bit of the true Dominican Republic.

We will drive cross-country until we reach an impressive view of the Macao beach , where we will stop to take a dip in its fascinating blue waters. Then we will visit a typical Dominican house to see what the cocoa and coffee production process looks like . We accelerate again until we reach a cenote, where we will enter its cavern to explore it and swim in its crystalline and fresh water as if we were in a natural pool.

Our excursion starts when we pick you up at your hotel and head to the Buggys Ranch in Macau.

Once there you will receive some safety instructions, your protective helmet and an explanation to familiarize you with the different equipment (Polaris, Four wheels or Buggys). You will practice for 10 minutes and then the adventure begins.

Our first stop is at Macao Beach (recognized by most surfers), where we can swim in its crystalline waters and, why not, clean all the mud accumulated during the journey through dirt roads and large puddles.

We will drive again along dirt tracks, now surrounded by a semi-wash, towards our next destination. On the way we stop at a typical coffee and cocoa ranch, where they will explain the production process of coffee, cocoa and cinnamon and where we can take pictures and taste their products.

Back on the off-road, we finally arrive at Los Hoyos de Molina also called Taino Cave (cenote), a natural spring with 8 meters deep, of crystalline waters, where we can take a bath.

After the bath, we return to the place of departure and take you back to your hotel.
